Dvka ve vlaku (2026)

This Czech-language thriller follows Rachel, who brightens her daily commute to London by observing the cosy suburban houses from the train. When the train stops briefly at a signal, she catches fleeting glimpses of a young couple and gradually feels that she knows them, or at least imagines she does. She even gives them names: Jason and Jess. One day, however, she sees something that shocks her. In the minute before the train moves on, everything suddenly changes. The book has been translated into fifty languages and inspired a film of the same name.
