Milostpn Vogel Sanne (2026)

The cat Milostpn roams his beloved neighbourhood in search of adventure and the most delicious treats, meeting a colourful array of local residents who open not only their doors but also their hearts. They include a former acrobat who rides through the streets on a senior tricycle while watching reality shows, and an eccentric woman who wears a guinea pig on her head and sees Milostpn as her dead cat Mourek. At home, he is equally indispensable: when his housemates fka and Mlkoknr suffer a great loss, their cat provides the comfort they need. Milostpn shares his observations with ease and humour while revealing the deeper meaning behind his seemingly ordinary encounters. This Czech-language novel is a warm story about friendship, adventure, connection and compassion.
