Nvrat Dvokov Petra (2026)

Can love for God be stronger than human love? Jana is convinced that nothing can break her faith, especially now that freedom has arrived and she can finally live in a convent. She enters the community of nuns full of hope, determination and illusions, which gradually begin to crumble in the everyday reality of religious life. Jana must reconsider her unfulfilled relationship with Viktor, but above all answer the questions brought into her life by the mysterious Karin. This Czech-language novel offers a glimpse into the mysterious world of a convent, presenting an image that differs from the usual ideas about life there. Although it may sometimes appear unflattering, it judges no one. Above all, Nvrat is a fascinating love story, because human love is like an untamed, many-sided animal persistently searching for a mate.
