This Czech-language book presents a programme-based approach to optimising the combat performance of special operations forces (SOF) operators. Its chapters introduce modern approaches to caring for tactical athletes, or operators, as well as theoretical and practical frameworks for integrating and implementing SOF human performance programmes. The book highlights the importance of physical, psychological, mental, social and spiritual factors that fundamentally affect operators professional and personal lives. Alongside these approaches and the necessary procedural changes for implementing an SOF human performance project, it addresses sports training theory, or rather the transformation of knowledge and scientific findings into operators combat preparation.
