A se tesou nevinn Frandino Barbara (2026)

A family can be a small universe full of secrets, especially when its story is told by Nico, a boy with no social life and a generous supply of invented illnesses. Trouble begins when his wishes start coming true and someone dies. Everyone in his family has a motive for murder. Day by day, Nico reconstructs the events leading up to the tragedy while trying to discover when his parents became strangers who lie. Was it connected to his father, an engineer searching for thermodynamic happiness, filling the house with objects he would like to have invented? Or did it begin when his mother, whose degree gathers dust in a drawer, dreamed of losing herself in books and disappearing forever? Or perhaps it started when Nico looked at his uncle and was horrified to see himself beginning to resemble him. Everyone carries a secret, guilt and a reason to hide the truth.
