Abe Sapien 9 – Ztracen ivoty a dal pbhy (2026)

This graphic novel follows Abe Sapien as he battles vampires in a Mayan cave, a mythical lake serpent and a severed Lovecraftian tentacle, while inadvertently uncovering the secrets of a nineteenth-century wizard who has somehow survived and solving the mystery of a frozen creature. Each unusual case may reveal a missing link between Abe and humanity. Five stories looking back into the past take readers to Abes first steps in the Bureau alongside Hellboy, including a story illustrated by Kevin Nowlan, into the middle of the frog war, where the deceased homunculus Roger appears again, and finally to Abes present, as he recalls his former life in England during the first half of the nineteenth century.
