This Czech-language publication summarizes current knowledge of central auditory processing and dichotic hearing, including its relationship to developmental dysphasia. It examines the diagnosis of central auditory and speech-processing disorders in children with developmental language disorders, presents new methods of analysis, and guides readers through the creation and use of dichotic speech tests in Czech, expanding the range of Czech audiological examinations focused on speech comprehension. The book includes a set of tests for audiometric examinations, available for download and use in clinical practice.
