G2 Acoustic Stage, Imodium – 2 CD

This CD and DVD capture Imodiums concert for the G2 Acoustic Stage series at Pragues Retro Music Hall, released nearly three months after the performance. The recording is the bands first audio and video release in its more than ten-year history. Although the Broumov rock quartet already has extensive experience with acoustic performances, this concert is distinctive for its expanded lineup with strings, percussion and piano, which give the songs new arrangements. The release also includes a video bonus from behind the scenes, with high-quality sound and picture. Both the CD and DVD contain sixteen songs, including the successful single Valerie from the bands latest studio album of the same name, released in autumn 2013, as well as familiar tracks from the earlier albums Polarity, Stigmata and Imodium. The setlist includes Nad Berlnem, Valerie, Klub 27, Dchej, Polarity, Hlavou, Dostavnky, Jsou prvn, jsou siln, Tajn lsky, Mezi nma, Ruce se sejdou, Svt bez pravidel, Smutnohra, Kluci neplou, Deset ivot and Behy.
