Under Quiet – CD

Under Quiet is the debut album of singer, pianist and composer Sra Vondrkov, who first drew attention with the poignant ballad Lay Down from the film In the Shadow. The song brought her together with prominent producer Jan P. Muchow, and their initially one-off collaboration developed into a complete album through their strong artistic connection. Led by the single Hands, the record is accompanied by a carefully conceived and expansive visual presentation. Its original songs combine independent pop with sophisticated electronic elements, creating a captivating and slightly magical atmosphere. Vondrkovs distinctive, unexpectedly mature voice and influences ranging from Bat For Lashes and Cat Power to Fiona Apple give the album a strong appeal for listeners of art-pop and alternative music.
