In this family game, 2 to 5 players set out to sea through the crystal-clear waters of feudal Japan to discover the hidden wonders of the Japanese coast. The winner is the player whose voyage brings the most rewarding experiences, including the finest views and the richest catch of fish and shellfish. During the journey, players can improve their fishing equipment and show respect to the gods of the sea, who may reward them in return. Players familiar with Tokaido will recognize some of its basic elements, but the voyage across the waves also brings unique challenges. Clever strategy and planning are essential, while patience and powers of observation will fill your sails. Suitable for ages 8 and up, the game lasts 3045 minutes.
