This alcohol ink set opens the world of fluid art with smooth designs, unpredictable color transitions and exciting techniques. It contains three brilliant, transparent, fast-drying alcohol inks suitable for mixing, in lemon, magenta and Caribbean shades, along with five sheets of matte, non-absorbent special paper. A black permanent alcohol-based marker with a double-ended tip can add decoration, lettering or drawings to a dried alcohol-ink design. The described techniques include Drops, in which individual drops spread and push one another aside while an extender creates clear circles; Wispy Layers, which uses an extender and carefully directed air to form thin, delicate layers; Color Splash, in which ink is blown outward to create splash effects or flowers; Masking, which uses Marabu Fixogum to create text, lines and other masked areas on non-absorbent surfaces; and Stencilling, which removes small amounts of dried color through a stencil moistened with extender.
