Global Pre-intermediate: Class Audio CDs

This audio CD set accompanies Global, a modern six-part general English course for adult learners aged 20 and over, suitable for universities and language schools. The course takes adult learners into account through its choice of topics, texts and activities. Its core materials are the Students Book and eWorkbook, while the innovative eWorkbook combines the advantages of a printed workbook and multimedia learning programme, allowing audio recordings and videos to be used on mobile devices. Global has received two awards as the best English course for adults, one for the printed coursebook and another for its electronic workbook. Global is a true multimedia course, with information-rich topics, sections on Global English written by Professor David Crystal, and Global Voices featuring authentic recordings by native and non-native English speakers. Its digital components also include interactive exercises, grammar reference and teacher support for use with computers, projectors and interactive whiteboards.
