…od narozen (Remastered 2025) – LP

This 180 g LP presents Kerns legendary rock debut, originally released in 1990 and now officially reissued with improved, remastered sound. The Brno band Kern ranks among the key Czech rock groups that brought hard music to a wider audience. They first gained major attention on the Slovak television programme Triangel, one of the most watched music-video contests of its time, with the song Blzko ns, which topped various contemporary charts and appeared only on a difficult-to-find single. Other notable recordings included Zdka on the sampler Poslouchte Vtrnk 3 and V sobotu ne on the 1989 Rockmapa compilation, assembled and recorded by Petr Janda at his Propast studio. The B-side Exploze also had strong hit potential. Although these previously released singles did not appear on Kerns 1990 debut, the band had enough quality material for a full album. The CD and digital versions also include special bonuses, including the mentioned singles.
