Chinaski & SOR live: 1. symfonick – CD

This CD presents a live recording of the concert held on 19 May 2025, when a unique musical collaboration took over Forum Karln. The Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Jan Kuera, joined Chinaski to perform the bands greatest hits in symphonic arrangements. For three decades, Chinaski has been one of the most prominent names on the Czech music scene, with melodies that appeal to generations through energetic rock hits, melancholic ballads and playful songs featuring Michal Maltns distinctive lyrics. In collaboration with the orchestra, the songs gain a new dimension through rich harmonies and the power of a large ensemble. The concert also features guests Ondej Ruml and Jitka vanarov. The orchestral arrangements are by the bands keyboard player and producer Jan Steinsdrfer, combining rock energy with the elegance of symphonic sound.
