Zatmvaka Brubaker Ed (2020)

Hollywood, 1948: a film noir trapped in endless reshoots, a screenwriter haunted by wartime nightmares, the suspicious death of a young film star and the suspicious past of her replacement. A film mogul and his head of security will do anything to keep the cameras rolling, while the Red Scare and the blacklist begin tearing the city apart. This ambitious detective story is about far more than murder. Created by noir masters Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips in collaboration with acclaimed colorist Elizabeth Breitweiser, the complete graphic novel is collected in a deluxe edition with more than fifty pages of bonus material documenting its creation. The contents are in Czech.
