Krajina s jednorocem Novkov Luisa (2017)

This Czech-language novel combines elements of historical fiction and fantasy to take readers into a mythical land. The complex fates of several characters unfold with dramatic momentum and eloquent writing. A story of love and loyalty, honour and friendship, revenge and forgiveness, it offers both quality entertainment and an opportunity to reflect on the original meaning of these concepts, so often undervalued today.
