Exile (The Nomad 2) Swallow James (2017)

A vicious Serbian gang profits from fake nuclear weapons, while a disgraced Russian general has access to the real thing and a vengeful Somali warlord has a cause for which he would let the world burn. A jaded government agency lacks the information to stop him. Only one man sees what is coming, and even he might not be able to prevent it. Racing from uncharted CIA prisons to the skyscrapers of Dubai, stormbeaten oil rigs off the African coast and the ancient caverns beneath Naples, Marc Dane returns in this action thriller. This English-language novel is the second book in The Nomad series.
