Dm mezi hvzdami Fuikovsk JI (2022)

This Czech-language novel by Ji Fuikovsk portrays the year 1968, which left a dark mark on Czech history and deeply affected an entire generation, from the perspective of an adolescent boy. Although this is a sad period in the countrys history, Fuikovsk spices up the story with humor reminiscent of Karel Polek. The narrative style deliberately reflects the age and mindset of the main characters, and the story sweeps you along at an unstoppable pace towards its inevitable conclusion. The photographic collages and cover are by Richard Kliment.
