People Person Carty-Williams Candice (2022)

If you could choose your family, you wouldnt choose the Penningtons. Dimple Pennington knows of her half-siblings, but she does not really know them: five people connected only by faint memories of being driven through Brixton in their fathers gold jeep and by complicated abandonment issues. Dimple has bigger things to think about. She is thirty, and her life is not really going anywhere. An aspiring lifestyle influencer with a terrible, wayward boyfriend, she has watched her life shrink to the size of a phone screen. Despite having a small but loyal following, she has never felt more alone. That is until a catastrophic event brings her half-siblings Nikisha, Danny, Lizzie and Prynce crashing back into her life. When they are all forced to reconnect with Cyril Pennington, the absent father they never really knew, things become even more complicated.
