Astrid a eja Nesvailov Petra (2025)

When a black eye watches you in a dream, is it merely a nightmare or the beginning of an adventure? Eleven-year-old Astrid has a strange, vivid dream and soon discovers that her grandfather is fighting for his life in hospital. What do the mysterious lights dancing above his bed mean? The following night, Astrid wakes to see a forest outside her window, a forest that appears on no map. A snow-white wolf is waiting there, with eyes that know more than they should. Astrid embarks on a magical and dangerous journey. Perhaps it is not only her grandfather who needs saving, but the balance between worlds. This magical adventure is about courage that does not arise without fear, compassion that can change destinies, and the fact that sometimes children see most clearly. The contents are in Czech.
