Mal princ de Saint-Exupry Antoine (2023)

This Czech-language classic begins when an aircraft crash forces the narrator, who is also the authors alter ego, to land in the middle of the desert. With barely enough drinking water for a week, he must repair the engine as quickly as possible. On the first day, exhausted after working all day, he falls asleep and is awakened at dawn, still a thousand kilometres from the nearest human settlement, by a strange little voice asking him to draw a sheep. This allegorical fairy tale for children and adults who reflect on lost youth and seek wisdom about life has been translated into 250 languages and has sold more than 140 million copies.
